Cockroaches, bees, and ants release warning chemicals when they die

When #cockroaches die, they release oleic acid and linoleic acid. These chemicals act as a warning to other cockroaches to stay away from the area. Similarly, bees and ants release oleic acid when they die to warn other bees/ants that there is something dangerous there.
